The Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Department. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of Maxider Ltd.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with preparing financial documents like invoices, bills, and reports
  • Manage daily banking activities and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Process employee expense reports and ensure policy compliance
  • Prepare and coordinate bank deposits and reconciliations
  • Monitor customer accounts for timely payments
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly financial reporting and budgeting
  • Maintain organized financial filing systems
  • Support year-end closings and audits
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Finance team

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • A Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial principles
  • A strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and financial management
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • A keen eye for detail and a highly organized work style
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
